Frequently asked questions

Can I apply if I am not based near one of your offices?
Yes. We hire fully remote candidates and have team members across many countries. Some roles have a preferred location due to client or team overlap, which will be stated in the job description.
How does the time-off policy work?
We operate a flexible leave policy designed to feel unlimited. Each country has a minimum: 20 days for Singapore and India, 25 days for Europe. We encourage people to actually use it.
Will I have opportunities to visit other Affinidi offices?
Yes. We support cross-office visits. Through our Awards and Appreciation Programme, team members who have been with us for three years get at least one week working from another Affinidi location.
What does the hiring process look like?
We’re selective because every person here shapes the product, the standards, and the culture. The process has four stages: an initial conversation to understand mutual fit, a deeper discussion about your goals and how we work, a collaborative session to see how you think (pair programming for engineers, not whiteboard tests), and a final meeting with your future teammates. We read every application personally. No AI screening, no keyword filters.
